LATICRETE® Plaza &
Deck System is lightweight and reduces dead load by
50% over conventional systems. LATICRETE Plaza &
Deck is a frost and weather resistant installation
for ceramic tile, pavers, brick and stone and is
recommended for exterior paving applications such as
balconies, terraces, plaza decks and courtyards.
It provides
integral subsurface drainage for infiltrated water
by incorporating the patented LATICRETE Drain Mat
which also reduces the potential for efflorescence.
The LATICRETE Plaza & Deck System is recommended for
new construction and renovations. Use over
structurally sound and properly pitched decks
(concrete, precast) that have been waterproofed with
a primary roofing membrane.
