Sewer And Duct Repair

For many years the Minova CarboTech resins have been used successfully to repair sewers and ducts. The resins and methods satisfy every demand and damage symptoms.

CFT-Process
Repairing and sealing accessible sewer, ducts, and shafts a 3-component polyurethane resin is applied with the CFT process.
EasyLiner/EasyLith
Minova CarboTech uses the 2-component silicate resin EasyLith and a retraction or inversion process to repair service connection and down-pipes.
CarboPur NK
The 2-component polyurethane resin CarboPur NK is applied to repair cracks, fissures, and fragments in enclosed operation.

CarboLith PL
The repairing sewers and ducts with define damage symptoms using of short liners is carried out with the 3-component silicate resin CarboLith PL.
ROBO-SIL rapid
For the repairing of T-unions with automated systems Minova
CarboTech developed the
2-component silicate resin ROBO-SIL rapid.
CarboLith AS
For restoring connections and T-unions of sewer pipes the 2-component
silicate resin CarboLith AS is provided

For all processes and resins certificates and inspections reports from well-known institute are available. All resins are harmless to drinking water and ground water. The mechanical properties of the resins are approved by flushing test. All materials process high chemical resistance so that the repaired areas are solid for many years.
