highly effective rubber bitumen emulsion made from
pure refined bitumen and natural rubber latex.
It is applied cold by brush or roller. Though
lightly thixotropic,it has excellent brushing
property.
When dry, Prufe-It
forms a heavy-duty effective water-vapour barrier
that possesses excellent elasticity. Prufe-It allows
for small movement stresses caused by temperature
variations in the building materials to which it is
applied Prufe-It can be used on damp surfaces
enabling work to proceed without interruption.
Prufe-it is used in
the following areas:
Waterproofing
floors, interior and exterior walls, bridge
abutments, culverts, concrete foundations and

tiles, wood blocks/mosaics and linoleum.
Provides a
tough and impermeable membrane that
is moisture-resistant.
Possesses
excellent elasticity to accommodate movements.
Possesses
excellent adhesive property.
Possesses
resistance to extreme temperatures thereby
reduces the risk of floe or embrittlement.
Possesses
light thixotropism thereby easing brush
application where thick layers are required.
