Marlease is a
chemical release agent specially formulated to
provide easy production of consistent,
deformation¬free, fair-faced concrete by forming a
micro-thin film between the formwork and the
concrete surface.
Marlease is a mixture of reactive fatty compounds
carried in a volatile hydrocarbon base.
TYPICAL PROPERTIES
Provides an
easy and clear break between the formwork and
the concrete without contaminating the surface
with non - volatile oils.
Protects the
steel forms from corrosion and eases cleaning.
Protects
wooden forms from deformation due to water and
hence, lengthens substantially the rife
of the formwork.
Facilitates
the production of fair-faced concrete.
Reduces the
possibility of remedial work on
concrete.
SPECIFYING
"Marlease"-should be
specified by name and used as per application
procedures below.
Apply Marlease
onto all wooden formwork, steel shuttering,
concreting machinery, etc. by using a
brush/mop/roller/low-pressure pneumatic
spray.Only a micro-thin sprayed film is
necessary.
Use within 7
days after application on formwork to achieve
optimal results. otherwise re-application is
required.
